Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this quote includes the design, materials, labour, and equipment necessary for the completion of the specified building project. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms for a quote will be a deposit of 10% followed by staged payments at appropriate times during the build. Full details will be provided before building work commences. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Schedule:
The estimated completion date for this building project will be provided before building work commences. Any delay caused by the client or other factors outside of our control may result in additional fees.
Liability and Insurance:
Urban Loft Conversions LTD shall carry insurance covering property damage and liability for the duration of the project. The client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and complying with local building codes.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this quote shall be resolved through mediation and arbitration.
Governing Law:
This quote and the terms and conditions contained herein shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
Acceptance:
The acceptance of this quote by the client shall be deemed as agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
